Case Study – AVIVA Corporate Risk Solutions

Fully managed project 3D design, stand, floor, carpeting, electrical, furniture, incentive display, graphics, bar / catering arrangements logistics, transport, build and remove.

This custom built stand design followed a curved theme inspired by elements from the AVIVA logo. Construction was traditionally timber based with all the 4 metre high front wall panels shaped to follow the chosen curve. The design deliberately played on an upmarket corporate feel and introduced the new corporate risk solutions brand at the show to reinforce AVIVA’s place in the Risk Management market. A working bar was included on the stand, this was provided from our stock of rental bars and counters. The cocktail bar chosen was dressed to match the stand and featured a green glass effect top, recessed under plinth lighting and included internal shelving for the storage of glasses. Our total stand management service took care of all the stand requirements including arranging for the bar person on show days and drinks stock.
