Case Study – Haven Power

Fully managed project 3D design, stand, carpeting, electrical, furniture, graphics, audio visual, hospitality equipment / consumables, logistics, transport, build and remove.

Sustainability 2011 was Haven Power’s first venture outside a shell scheme and the first of 3 stand projects they wanted us to consider. Their original plan was to buy a stand solution outright so they could build and manage it themselves. As they do just 2 or 3 shows year and this was their first outing we knew this was probably not the best way to go, either from a cost or practical point of view. Working with their advertising agency we were successful in persuading them to use our rental approach with us managing the entire stand project for them. The result was a very successful first experience using our custom / modular architecture with bespoke graphics set at a modular size so they could be reused. During the show they concluded that in actual fact they needed a much bigger stand for their next show. The flexibility of our rental approach meant that they had avoided investment in equipment so could move on without having to write off equipment or be restrained by a pre-conceived stand design.
